Crispy Ranch Chicken

Only 161 calories per serving and only 1.6
grams of fat!!!
Ingredients:
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 (1 ounce) packages ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup dry Italian bread crumbs,
Directions:
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine dressing mix and Italian bread crumbs in
a plastic bag.
Add chicken and shake until coated.
Place coated chicken pieces on an ungreased
cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 25 to
30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through
and juices run clear.
I always prepare this recipe
with only one pound of chicken (breasts or thighs)
instead of two with not much bread crumb/ranch
mixture left over.
