Thicker Potato Soup

Potato Soup
From: Karen in SW MN I just made this last
week and we really liked it. The taste gets
better a day or 2 later when you eat the
leftovers!
Ingredients:
1 lb bacon
fried and crisp
1-1/2 cup onion
4 cups potatoes
diced/
2 cups water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream/ 3 cups milk ( I used 1-1/2
cups milk to make thicker soup). Boil potatoes
with water, salt and pepper til done. Add
onions, bacon, soup, sour cream and milk.
