Twice Baked Potatoes

Baking potatoes or regular potatoes 1 Small bag of broccoli onion powder garlic powder sour cream cheese slices Bake potatoes until soft the big baking potatoes usually take an hour or so. Boil the broccoli until tender. Cut a slit down the middle of potatoes and scoop out the inside put in a medium bowl. Cut the broccoli florets off and put aside chop the stems into bite size pieces and put in bowl with potato. Mix sour cream, with the potato inside to the taste don't add too much sour cream at a time you don't want to put to much in but don't make them dry. Then add garlic and onion powder to the taste. (you can also add salt and pepper) Restuff the potato shell, on top place florets for decoration and layer 2-3 cheese strips (the single wrapped broke into 1 inch or so) strips over florets and opening Rebake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Oven on about 350 or so.
