Very easy Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:
2 eggs
8 oz cool whip
1 box cake mix
powdered sugar
Directions:
stir 2 egg whites into a bowl with a 8 oz tub of
cool whip, add a boxed cake mix, stir well. Use
spoon to scoop out a spoonful of batter and dip
spoon into dish of powdered sugar, then drop onto
greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350
degrees.
My Notes:
You can use chocolate cool whip and a chocolate
cake mix. Regular cool whip and a white cake
mix. Regular cool whip and a lemon cake mix,
etc,
