Two Toned Roasted Potatoes - By: rmc recipes 1 teaspoon chili powder 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil 1 garlic clove, or 1/2 t. bottled minced garlic 3 small sweet potatoes, (about 1 1/2 #) each cut lengthwise into 8 wedges 3 small baking potatoes, (about 1 1/2 #) each cut lengthwise into 8 wedges Preheat oven to 450º. Combine first 7 ingredients, in a large zip top plastic bag. Add potatoes; seal and shake to coat. Place potatoes on a baking sheet.
