Quick & easy breakfast
Here is another recipe that I made that
everyone gobbled up. Once again, make
ahead and save time! Tastes great with any
kind of topping and syrup. YUM!
Ingredients:
One load French bread, sliced 1" thick
6 eggs
2-1/2 c. milk
1 T. sugar
1/4 t. salt
2 t. vanilla
1-1/2 T. butter, cut into small pieces
Directions:
Arrange bread in one layer in a 9 x 13 inch
greased baking pan. Beat together eggs, milk,
sugar, salt, and vanilla; pour over bread. Cover
dish and refrigerate overnight. Uncover; dot with
butter and bake 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees. Let
stand 5 minutes. Serves 4-5.
My Notes:
